Instructions for Ordering Products by Mail If possible,
please use the pre-order form below for ordering by mail. (For the easiest
printing, highlight the form with your left mouse button by dragging the
pointer over the form, right-click then select “print”). You may just include
a note with your payment with all the necessary information needed to fill
your order, if you wish. You also have
the option of emailing your order to us at We will confirm
receipt of your order & include a total with tax (if applicable) &
shipping. Your item(s) will be shipped as soon as payment is received.

If you are not pleased with your
purchase, the price will be refunded within 10 days of receipt of the
merchandise being shipped back to us [in the same condition in which it was
received].
Shipping is not refundable, however.
We ship orders every normal business day, Monday through Friday.
Typically, orders are shipped the day after payment is received.
Prices and available quantities of items (if shown) are
subject to change without notice.
While we strive to keep all advertised items in stock, as
well as our web pages updated,
it is impossible to guarantee that we will not be out of an item at any given time.

Substitute an equal or better item in fulfilling
outstanding orders

Refuse to complete an order for which payment has not
been received

Cancel orders when items are no longer available or
when restocking will be delayed beyond the estimated time of delivery
